In 2006, Business Week ranked [24]7 among the Top 5 Players in the Offshore Outsourcing World, while NeoIT placed the Company among the Top 3 Contact Centers worldwide. In addition, Business World featured [24]7 in the list of the Top 5 Most Respected BPOs. Two years later, Global Services Magazine named [24]7 in three categories in the Top 10 BPOs list. In 2009, we were ranked by International Data Corporation as #2 provider for customer care based on cost optimization. It was also in the same year when we were featured among the Top 20 Best Employers in DQ-IDC BPO Employee Satisfaction Survey. In 2010, we receive our first patent for customer management system from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for our innovative customer contact management system.
In 2013, Forbes recognized [24]7 as one of the most promising companies because of how we revolutionize the world of customer service. With our cloud-based platform and applications that use the Big Data and prediction to make customer interactions intuitive, customers find it easy to connect with companies to get things done.
In the Philippines, [24]7 was included in the list of the country's 36 biggest BPO firms based on 2012 revenues, where we took the 4th spot.
